Job Description



We are looking for an experienced and responsible

Head Barista

to lead the beverage counter operations in our coffee shop. The role involves preparing traditional hot beverages and managing the morning breakfast setup.


Responsibilities:



Start work at

6:30 AM

to prepare and set up the

beverage counter

. Prepare a variety of

hot beverages

, including coffee, tea, Milo, and other local drinks . Prepare

Singapore-style breakfast

such as

kaya toast

and

soft-boiled eggs

. Ensure all ingredients and equipment are ready before service begins Maintain

cleanliness, hygiene, and safety

at the beverage and breakfast preparation area. Supervise junior barista or beverage assistants. Refill supplies, check stock levels, and report any shortages to the supervisor or manager Provide friendly and efficient service to customers Ensure consistency in beverage taste and presentation

Requirements:



Prior experience in a

barista or beverage preparation role

preferred Knowledge of preparing

local-style beverages and breakfast items

Able to

start work early at 6:30 AM

Good teamwork and communication skills Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently * Basic food hygiene certification will be an advantage
