Position Title: Head Chef

Working Hours: 6 days (Monday to Saturday)
Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus
Duration: Full Time/ Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all food preparation meets standards.
Prepare and present high-quality food.
Supervise and oversee staff.
Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross-contamination.
Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure foodstuffs are of good quality and stored correctly.
Planning menu.
Contribute to controlling costs, improving gross profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets.
Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues.
Centralised kitchen operations.
Other tasks as assigned by Management.
