- To oversee the trainee dental nurse department which includes assistant clinical trainers and trainee dental assistants.
- To conduct on the job training and execute the in house training program.
- Work together with clinical teams to integrate new dental assistants into the team.
- Minimum experience of 8 years as a full time dental assistant or hold a Bachelors of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent
- Competent dental assisting skills for all subspecialties
- Strong work ethics, good interpersonal skills & people-oriented
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively
- Able to speak English and a second language (Malay / Chinese)
- Work life balance - 5 day work week, no night shift
