The Head Data Privacy & DAI APMA

• Provides advice and guidance on Data Privacy & DAI topics to Sandoz stakeholders in countries in the APMA - supporting Data Privacy & DAI relevant business projects, processes, and applications, and the implementation of these business projects/processes/applications into local regions/markets with the support of Head\'s of Data Privacy & DAI Group Functions/EU & Americas
• Operationalizes and provides day-to-day business support within the designed global Data Privacy & DAI governance processes and controls; including ePA activation, contracting, incident management, digital governance, data subject request handling, global template notices, and cookie compliance
• Regional and local training is conducted aligned with the Head Data Privacy & DAI Policies and Frame-work
• By giving advice and guidance on Data Privacy & DAI topics to APMA stakeholders and the operationali-zation of global Data Privacy & DAI governance processes and controls, the Head Data Privacy & DAI APMA supports innovation and preserves the integrity of Sandoz.
• Provide input to Data Privacy DAI Process, Governance & Controls to enable process and control optimization based on practical use experience
• Contribute (proactively raise regional and local regulatory topics) and implement the group-wide policies and standards set by Head Data Privacy & DAI Policies & Framework in the advice and guidance given to the business
• Drive the implementation of Data Privacy & DAI controls and document risk to allow appropriate remediation and reporting by Head Data Privacy & DAI Risk, Monitoring & Reporting
• Provide input into monitoring strategy

Minimum requirements

What you\'ll bring to the role:

• Law degree or business degree with executive education in Privacy
• 10+ years of professional experience in an international law firm or legal department of an international company
• 8+ years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical/healthcare data privacy role, having acquired deep knowledge of global data privacy regimes in pharmaceutical/healthcare context
• 2+ years of professional experience in management position
• Legal/privacy background and good understanding of privacy programs and implementation
• Strong knowledge of data protection laws and risk management methodology
• Solid writing and presentation skills & Solid communication skills
• Establishes and motivates teams and international networks
• Works well with all levels of the organization on a global level
