The team is charged with a mission to transform the way HTX delivers software infused with AI by leveraging on the latest technologies to enable agile software development, zero-trust security, continuous devsecops and artificial intelligence. We are looking for a Head, DevSec Ops AI Platform to lead a team and develop our AI platform and automate DevSecOps pipelines.What you will be working on:Lead the design, development, and security of scalable platform infrastructure in hybrid and private cloud environments. Drive the adoption of DevSecOps best practices, ensuring secure code quality, vulnerability testing, and comprehensive documentation across the AI platform. Implement security frameworks, threat modeling, and ensure integration of security tools into the DevOps pipeline for private and hybrid cloud architectures. Leverage tools such as ArgoCD for continuous deployment and infrastructure-as-code frameworks like Terraform or Ansible to automate and secure AI infrastructure. Collaborate with product management, IT operations, and data science teams to ensure the platform meets the security and compliance requirements for both private and hybrid cloud environments. Lead and mentor teams in security, platform engineering, and DevOps to implement tailored security solutions for the AI platform. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and secure-by-design principles.What we are looking for:Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing DevSecOps teams in hybrid or private cloud environments. Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, SQL, and Linux Shell scripting. Extensive experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes in on-premise and hybrid setups. Expertise with security tools and technologies, including firewall management, network intrusion detection systems (NIDS), SIEMs, vulnerability scanners, and **PKI** (Public Key Infrastructure). Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Terragrunt and Ansible for automating secure infrastructure in hybrid or on-premise environments. Strong understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards, and data privacy regulations applicable to private and hybrid clouds. Offensive security certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSWE) and experience in implementing zero-trust security models are highly preferred. Ability to drive security strategies in agile development environments, participating in security reviews, threat modelling, and secure code assessments. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to secure complex AI and machine learning platforms. Preferably more than 8 years of relevant experience focusing on DevSecOps, on-premise or hybrid cloud security, and AI infrastructure. *** All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
