Our client is a highly successful and well-regarded major bank with strong presence in the region. With significant investments into technology and innovation to support its strategic transformation including its human resources function, there is now a rare opportunity for a digitally savvy HR leader to lead its HR Technology function.
Responsibilities
This is an exciting role in an organisation where the HR Technology function is viewed as a strategic enabler of the Human Resources function. You will lead a team highly skilled in HR Technology, Human Centred Design and Business Process Reengineering in shaping and delivering the bank\'s Digital HR solutions which are expected to be innovative and best-in-class. This includes Digital HR strategy, development, configuration, testing, implementation, upgrades, enhancements and integration of all HRIS within the bank\'s human resources functions. You will also be responsible for the data management and reporting for human resources. This is a visible with significant senior stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
You are a degree qualified with demonstrated track record in leading Digital HR / HR Technology / HRIS teams in major financial institutions, companies or consulting firms. You have direct experience managing or implementing cloud based HR Technology solutions, ideally Workday, as well as managing an effective ecosystem with vendors and partners. You are passionate about and a thought leader in Digital HR, and are well-versed with current and emerging trends and solutions on what is best-in-class. You are a progressive, future focused professional who is strategic yet hands on, with strong analytical, EQ and communication skills.
