Job Description
Job Scope and Responsibility
Extensive experience (at least 15 -20 years) in banking, asset management, impact investing, ESG analysis, or sustainable finance specifically within the sectors of education, healthcare, clean foods, leadership development and family learning.
Direct responsibility for Assets under Management (AUM) in a top-tier venture capital firm, or private-equity firm, with a track record of full exit
Knowledge of Impact-focused Sectors: Familiarity with impact-focused sectors and emerging impact themes.
ESG Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in environmental, social, and governance factors, including knowledge of international ESG frameworks and guidelines.
Impact Investing Expertise: Deep knowledge of impact investing strategies, frameworks, and impact measurement methodologies.
Prior experience working with UHNW/HNW individuals and/or Family Offices will be advantageous
Team leader and player; self-starter; results-oriented; \'can do\' attitude; hands-on and able to work with virtual, global & cross-functional teams. Strong coaching skills. Ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
Displays stewardship. Makes effective & efficient use of resources to maximize team and business results with accountability.
