Zalora is looking to hire a strategic Revenue Leader to lead Loyalty, Retention, Growth Hacking and Revenue Analytics for the regional cluster business. Working on multiple countries' accounts, which Zalora is looking to hire a strategic Revenue Leader to lead Loyalty, Retention, Growth Hacking and Revenue Analytics for the regional cluster business. Working on multiple countries' accounts, which include a mixture of local and regional, you will be a core member of the Revenue and Marketing Leadership team and a critical part of the Zalora platform growth initiatives. The role would report to the Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer at Zalora. The Revenue office works toward maximising sales performance while optimising for absolute margin through levers such as pricing, funnel-experience enhancements, merchandising, and events planning and management. Responsibilities Key metrics responsible for: NMV growth, Customers (incl. Retention and Acquisition), Conversion, Basket size, Operating margin, Events scaleup and team building and leadership. Own daily revenue and operating margin run rate along with monthly and annual operating plans for the regional cluster markets. Own and drive Pricing including management of pricing tool, competitive benchmarking, and pricing optimisations on a daily basis. Drive Revenue Analytics to support merchandising and retention teams on customer and behavioural analytics. Drive retention strategies from NC to top tier customer lifecycle management to achieve business goals of sustainable growth. Own and drive ZNow subscription growth and performance. Drive growth hacking initiatives in collaboration with tech teams to drive incremental NMV/CR. Build, motivate and develop a team of high performing revenue and analytics members. Requirements 10+ years with at least 4 years in e-commerce driving revenue growth initiatives' in desired experience Proven track record of successfully managing revenue growth and PnL initiatives in an e-commerce setup. Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management practices. Experience with driving platform trading strategies in the SEA region (preferred). Experience with managing spike revenue driving events during the year. Strong commercial acumen and customer first thinking with exceptional analytical skills. Obsession with experimentation and process automation. A positive, entrepreneurial attitude and approach. Outstanding people skills, including the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and team.
