Apart from Zenyum Invisible Braces, Zenyum is rapidly expanding its Consumer Products category, which is also the E-Commerce arm of the business. The current line-up of Consumer Products includes the highly-sought-after ZenyumSonic™ Toothbrush and recently-launched ZenyumFresh™ Collection.


As the Head of Growth Marketing, based in SG, you wil take ownership of the regional marketing and growth of Zenyum's fastest-growing business unit: Consumer Products.

Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and armed with creativity and a strong growth marketing skillset, you create the largest Smile Cosmetics Consumer Brand in Asia.


You take regional ownership of demand generation and marketing efficiency for our consumer products business: monitoring performance, managing budgets, driving processes, coordinating campaigns, and working hands-on with the teams on optimizing existing and developing new marketing channels and growth loops.


Reporting to the VP of Growth and VP of Consumer Products, you work out of Singapore as part of Zenyum's HQ Team, while being willing to travel and collaborate closely with Commercial Leaders and Marketing Teams across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Japan, and Indonesia.

You are a fit for this role if you:

  • Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in omni-channel marketing, launching new products in both retail and eCommerce space
  • Have owned a >1M USD marketing budget before and led cross-functional teams
  • Have a strong analytical mindset, love to dive into numbers and marketing reports to unlock growth hack opportunities across channels
  • Hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, CRM, and Content Marketing is preferred
  • Able to combine marketing science and marketing art when exploring new channels and building growth loops
  • Are a strong communicator that can work cross-functionally across regional and local commercial and marketing teams
  • Are passionately tuned into SEA consumers and can articulate a clear vision of what a modern brand needs to look like in 2022
  • Understand that personal growth is a result of self-awareness and coach-ability and bring both to the table
  • Enjoy engaging in a highly ambitious and international environment, in the heart of the most dynamic digital region in the world

Responsibilities

  • Building the most loved Smile Cosmetics Consumer Brand in Asia
  • Drive demand generation to bring our products to millions of consumers across the region
  • Own Consumer Products marketing efficiency by monitoring performance, allocating budgets, and setting up efficient processes on a regional level
  • Plan and coordinate omnichannel marketing campaigns across multiple distribution channels and 8 country teams
  • Scale and optimise our existing channels from Performance Marketing, CRM, Content Marketing to Social Organic and KOLs
  • Leverage creative growth channels and rapidly scale our portfolio of products to a multimillion-dollar business and a loved brand
  • Take ownership of demand growth, CLTV and work closely with our Consumer Products HQ, Marketing HQ and country teams
