Job Description
- Work with PA Corporate Communications Division as well as the Ministry of Communications and Information of media engagements and messaging with regards to M3. This includes drafting of media releases as well as speeches and talking points for M3-related initiatives.
- Represent PA in the inter-agency M3 workgroup meetings such as data workgroup and communications workgroups as well as other meetings related to the M3 initiatives.
- Work with internal stakeholders, M3@Towns and external stakeholders (MSF etc.) to work out the policies related to the use of data to implement and evaluate M3 initiatives.
- Work with M3@Towns officers to support the outreach efforts to MM families, particularly those residing in rental blocks, and support the M3@Towns with relevant data.
- Prepare reports and presentation materials to update management and other relevant stakeholders on the progress and achievements of M3.
- Oversee and monitor M3 outcomes and achievements and take proactive actions to ensure targets are met.
