THIS IS A 2-YEARS RENEWABLE/ CONVERTIBLE CONTRACT ROLE The Head of Marketing Communications will provide guidance on Defence Collective Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s (DCS) brand positioning and governance to ensure brand consistency in all forms of marketing collateral and publicity, communications, and messaging in alignment with the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s objectives. The candidate will be responsible for the effective management of the marketing, advertising, promotional activities and budget across all communication channels for DCS and its sub entities such as Singapore Discovery Centre (SDC), upcoming service museums and NS themed gallery, targeting both public and organised groups to promote the value proposition of its products and programmes. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To act as a brand custodian to maintain and ensure alignment to the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand position
  • Responsible for all marketing aspects of all products, programmes, and communication in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • To develop digital strategies covering SEO/SEM, database marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • To develop and expand social media profiles and quality content across various social media platforms to support and expand our digital presence
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
  • Evaluate return on investment of marketing initiatives implemented and key performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Maintain aesthetic appeal and branding of all marketing material
  • Prepare, draft and manage various form of communications and releases, working in tandem with relevant stakeholders including internal and external agencies as required
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget and allocate funds accordingly

EQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate these audiences
  • Experience in digital/social media campaigns will be valuable, with demonstrated capabilities across both traditional and non-traditional marketing channels, preferably with proven data-driven results
  • Experience in managing external agencies with proven ability to track outcomes and measure effectiveness of branding activities
  • Knowledge and experience in customer and market research
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing tasks and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and presentation capability
