• Maxwell Reserve, Autograph Collection Hotel (Marriott);

• Duxton Reserve, Autograph Collection Hotel (Marriott);

• The Vagabond Club, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel (Marriott);

• The Serangoon Club, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel (opening mid 2022, Marriott).

• Create and serve innovative cocktails
• Provide relevant and innovative serves for individual whiskeys
• Suggest innovative ideas for events and tastings and menus
• Maintaining exceptional drink service standards
• Process all payments
• Mentoring and training of staff around our drinks
• Host guest tastings and masterclasses
• Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
