As a key member of the Digital management team, you will set up the framework and the structure for AGILE delivery, in alignment with the needs of the product delivery teams. You will create a centre of excellence for all things AGILE including leading enterprise-wide evangelisation, improve AGILE software development and organisational practices, and lead the AGILE cross-functional delivery teams. Requirements
You have strong working knowledge in AGILE product development, and deep experience delivering complex IT projects. You have experience leading AGILE projects as a coach, product owner or scrum master. Given the nature of the industry, experience working on products targeted at consumers will be advantageous.
