As a senior leader in IT Organization Management, you'll take a macro view of technology and innovation across the firm to develop solutions that have an everyday impact on internal customers, Product Lines and businesses around the globe. As a leader of organizational, operational and technological change, you'll build partnerships with business groups across the firm. You'll also manage a high-performing team of IT managers across multiple disciplines who share your passion for technology and innovation. As the Head of APAC Data Center Services, you will direct a leadership team in providing oversight for all Data Centers in the APAC region. Reporting to you will be a team of high performing Regional Managers, Country Managers, Site Leads and Engineers, supporting critical Data Center infrastructure in a 7x24 operations environment. You will have ultimate responsibility over:

• Data Center technology equipment (compute, storage, network), providing operational oversight, risk and controls governance
• Liaison lead between facility, security, and technology product teams across the region
• Responsible for long-term planning, strategy, capacity, and compliance to standard
• Collaborating with peers globally to drive continuous improvement across the business

This role requires a variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology or other related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of experience with expertise in Data Center Engineering and/or Operations
• In-depth knowledge of Data Center Operations, Engineering, Technology Placement, Capacity Management and Control environments
• Proven track record managing complex technology infrastructure in large scale, mission critical environments
• Proven track record with leading large, cross functional teams, operating across multiple markets, to achieve organizational goals
• Manages team as a hands-on functional technology expert with a demonstrated ability to accurately manage any issue that occurs
• Demonstrated ability to drive transformation and change in culture and team alignment to strategy while identifying opportunities to develop others through mentorship, growth and leading by example
• Significant experience and interactions with 3rd party data center colocation providers
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with impeccable executive communication skills
• Ability to lead and influence across organizational boundaries to achieve common goals
• Adept at partnering closely with, and acting as a trusted advisor to, stakeholders across the firm, including business leads, executive leadership and control functions in order to influence strategic priorities
• Demonstrated understanding of critical regional regulatory requirements
• Strong understanding of business and technology resiliency objectives
• Solid understanding of business and technology risk appetite and ability to drive positive risk culture
• Full understanding of broader technology organizational vision and modernization strategies
• Exhibit behavior consistent with the firms operating principles, leadership standards and organizational success management criteria
