In addition, Sabre Corporation launched SABRE VIRTUAL PAYMENTS, an innovative payments hub with over 70 issuers and banks designed to maximize value from every transaction. Sabre Virtual Payments allows our clients to pay anyone, anywhere and integrates seamlessly into their current workflows with the goal to change how travel payments is today to the benefit more our customers.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a HEAD OF APAC - VIRTUAL PAYMENTS, you will have the opportunity to work with the biggest and more important travel agencies, Schemes, fintech and Banks in the region, offering our customers the best payments solutions in the travel industry and make them feel that travel payments are easy, seamless, efficient and beneficial.
What will you achieve?
You will grow our Business and our customers base (Travel Agencies, TMC, Corporations) while supporting the Partnership team to increase the reach of our platform.
Being able to build and maintain a pipeline of leads that fit in with the strategy of Sabre Virtual Payments, moving prospects through the sales channel to a \xe2\x80\x9clive\xe2\x80\x9d status as quickly as possible.
Managing the full sales lifecycle (Sales, Early engagement, spend growth, Loyalty programs, and retention activities), ensuring revenue and growth on new customer acquisitions.
Partnering with the Sabre Virtual Payments team including working with customer success, Implementations, Partnerships, business finance and Product. Also working with the wider Sabre Global Distribution System sales teams and account managers on existing clients.
Work closely with our Partners in the region to accelerate the business
Deliver strong performance results in line with agreed revenue and spend targets, and overall SVP strategy.
Being able to provide management with clarity as to the performance and results arising from your activities. Ensure all activity is captured in the chosen SVP CRM tool.
Ensure quality and timeliness of business development activities including internal activity reporting, external presentation, contractual commitments, and key client success criteria.
Provide feedback and insight into Sabre Virtual Payments; Identify existing competitors and provide insight into their competitive position within the marketplaces we operate.
Represent Sabre Virtual Payments at industry trade events.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Must Have Skills:
10+ years of Knowledge on Payments
Strong Sales experience with a strong record of achievement blended with account management skills
Partnership management experience
Polished sales, contractual, negotiation skills and closing ability
Exceptional communication & presentation capabilities.
Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior team members and customers \xe2\x80\x93 including at C Level.
Capable of managing and prioritizing several competing tasks
Must be willing to travel at short notice globally, to attend amongst others, client visits and representing Sabre Virtual Payments at industry trade events
Multilingual: Main Languages: English & Chinese. Other languages, is a plus
Nice to Have Skills:
Good understanding of the Travel Industry and the GDSs dynamics.
Expertise with Online, Leisure, Business travel agencies and corporations
Competent CRM experience \xe2\x80\x93 including the use of excel, Salesforce and others
