Head of Architecture (EPC background, Design and Construction)
My client is one of the leaders in the design, engineering, and delivery of major complex projects and facilities for high-tech industries. They are committed to total customer satisfaction and working towards a common goal in the development of comprehensive enigneering solution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage architectural design, detailing, specification preparation, and construction management for advanced technology and life science projects.
- Provide mentoring to Lead Architects to ensure their professional growth and development within the company.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Group to estimate costs during programming, conceptual, and detailed design phases for the company\'s strategic Business Unit.
- Implement and maintain a design checklist and tracking program to ensure design integrity throughout the project.
- Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Science Architecture or Master Degree of Architecture
- 8 - 10 years expereince with 5 years leadership experience
- Added Advantage with the below
- Certified Engineering Technologist
- Hazard and Operability Study Leader Certificate
- Construction Safety Course for Project Manager
