The opportunity

Manulife\xe2\x80\x99s ambition is to become Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s Digital Customer Leader, the Head of Brand, Content & Propositions role is responsible for helping us significantly scale our ability in attracting new customers to Manulife and our partners whilst improving our ability to engage with existing customers to ensure we are with them at every step of their insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver the overall Brand, Content and Propositions strategy to help MLS achieve our bold ambition in becoming a Digital Customer Leader including managing and growing talent within the Brand, Content and Propositions team.
  • Establish and deliver on plans to achieve brand awareness and consideration measures across key segments and product categories. This will involve working with appointed creative and media agencies to deliver on campaign calendars.
  • Manage brand governance across the organisation to ensure adherence to standards and amplification of all external assets. Develop a sponsorship strategy that underpins our brand and customer value propositions.
  • Build a robust propositions capability which helps bring our solutions to life through customer and distributor facing assets.
  • Lead our content capability to enable both content marketing and content as a service to support personalisation to support our hyper personalisation ambitions.
  • Support our bancassurance and independent advisory partners on multiple initiatives to help drive.
  • Work closely with regional and local stakeholders on initiative co-creation and delivery.
  • Drive continued thought leadership on Brand, Content and Propositions across the organisations.
  • Overall budget and KPI management for the above responsibilities including management of various agency partners.

What we are looking for
  • A results-driven professional with a university degree and minimum 8 years in a marketing leadership role, with experience in evaluating and implementing initiatives to meet the organization\xe2\x80\x99s strategic objectives
  • Proven experience in building and leading \xe2\x80\x98business as usual\xe2\x80\x99 and project teams
  • Experience in Branding, Advertising and Product Marketing
  • Experience in Finance / Insurance industry
  • Advanced understanding and experience with \xe2\x80\x98Digital\xe2\x80\x99 and data driven design
  • Understanding of statistical methods to facilitate targeting, segmentation, revenue generation, retention, and marketing campaigns
  • Experience of managing and delivering results with third party vendors
  • Experience working in a shared service, delivery practice, COE or customer consulting
  • Experience working with Agile methods
