We are currently looking for a highly driven, motivated and experienced Head of Markets, Marketing and Growth (APAC) to join our regional marketing team in Singapore. This role will develop high-level marketing strategies and work closely with local marketing team.
What's on your plate:

• Supports local markets to develop high-level marketing strategies and budget planning based on market situation, country business objectives and regional marketing objectives.
• Ensures local marketing plans and executions are aligned with strategies and objectives.
• Supports regional marketing function teams by providing local insights and aligns with the function team on local strategies and focus.
• Supports local marketing teams by consolidating regional resources and sharing the best practices.
• Supports local marketing teams as interim positions during transition periods when needed.

• Min 7 years of experience in marketing under country marketing teams in APAC markets. Experience in E-commerce or other platform-base industry is preferred.
• Experience in growth marketing, brand marketing, and digital marketing is required.
• Experience in P&L management is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable in working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
