Job Description

: We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change and Systems Implementation Program Director to lead and manage complex system implementation projects for our fast-paced and rapidly growing company. MoneyHero Group is looking for a true change agent; not only to work alongside the tech and product organization to ensure that we are correctly solutioning for business problems but that adequate support and processes are implemented to ensure that the new platforms are adopted while our people maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency even during the transition to the new way of doing things. The successful candidate has a deep attention to detail and is excited when a plan comes together. • Have a deep understanding of our business model and organization developed through initial onboarding and interviews.

• Stakeholder management of all those responsible for using the systems once completed.

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for system implementation and organizational change, including timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and contingencies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tech, product, marketing, sales, HR, operations, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth and successful implementation of new platforms and processes.

• Lead change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes, addressing any barriers to change, and ensuring that employees are well-prepared to use new tools and workflows.

• Develop and deliver training programs and materials to support employees in transitioning to new platforms and processes.

• Monitor and report on project progress, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks that may impact project success.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented systems and processes, gathering feedback from employees and stakeholders to make data-driven improvements as needed.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.

• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant insights into project planning and execution.
