A wonderful opportunity to join our client, a Global Shipping Organization, to lead their Commercial Team as the Head of Commercial.
The Role:
Leading the team in fulfilling operational and commercial targets and satisfactory performance. Provide strategic planning and facilitate implementation of achieve overall business growth.
Responsibility:
- Profitability of business
- Identify risk and provide strategic solutions to ensure business growth
- Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders, from law firms, banks, and clients
- Guiding the team in planning and executing all Commerical and Operations matters, from contract, to documentation, to ensure day to day business functionality
The ideal candidate will be:
- Experience with Commerical management in operations and chartering for tanker, bonus if candidate is also experienced in bulk
- Good client management skills
- min 5 years of experience in commercial ship management leadership position
- Speaking Mandarin is a bonus
- Advantageous for candidate with wind shipping experience
