& Requirements

Required – Full Time Position - Start August 2022 + Head of Teaching Faculty Contract Role - 2 years To take on the role of Head of Teachers to manage, direct and mentor the teaching faculty

Requirements: - Enthusiastic and experienced in the management and teaching all ages - 3-18 year olds in process driven Creative Drama, 8-18 year olds Performance & Acting Skills - ages 12 + Devised process Drama ages 13 yrs + Acting, Trinity and Lamda syllabus as well as good working knowledge of all Musical Theater and Dance genre's and practices.

  • Must be able to lead and work within a collaborative team, managing the planning and delivery of classes, workshops and holiday programmes. Able to Direct, costume and create set, for annual productions and class presentations, workshops, events & holiday programmes.
  • Must be adaptable flexible and able to multi task. Ideal candidates would be those having trained as performers, with experience working in the industry with a degree in the same area, as well as having had experience as a teacher/workshop leader and having a passion for the arts, teaching young children and teens and student development.
  • Ability to: schedule classes, timetabling logistics and planning
  • Able to: Write & deliver lesson plans, schemes of work, workshops in both process driven and performance skills Drama, Acting, and Musical Theatre
  • Possess strong performance skills and professional performance experience
