Job Description

The successful incumbent will be responsible for developing an integrated and impactful communications strategy (external and internal) across Asia and a strong differentiated brand profile.

The role is only open to Singaporean PR.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Building a strong brand profile to deliver the brand promise in Asia, working in conjunction with the regional/group business stakeholders (i.e., Asia CEO, Asia HR Head, Communication Team Country Heads, Strategic Media etc)
• Take responsibility for cultivating and maintaining a coordinated approach in working with key stakeholders.
• Set clear metrics to measure objectives, campaigns and ROI
• Development of key message documents for the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s strategic corporate plan
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of the implemented policies and procedures and development of new channels to drive the communication strategy internally.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a communication or business-related discipline
• A minimum of 13+ years of proven experience in both External and Internal Communications within Financial Services industry (preferably large multinational banks).
• Understanding of Asian Media market and strong network as an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to deal and work with C-suite and other key stake holders\xe2\x80\x99 group wide
