An established bank is seeking a Head of Consumer Banking Operations to join the team.
The Head of Consumer Banking Operations will be responsible for overall operations functions across the different areas; card operations, channel operations, loan operations and investment operations. In addition to managing the operations team, as the Head, you will also lead in identifying any areas for change implementations for operational efficiency and excellence. You will be required to work closely with key stakeholders in the business to perform for the role
The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years relevant experience in retail banking products. Strong leadership skills and stakeholder management skills, and a keen eye for improving operational processes will be essential for the role.
