Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. Key Accountabilities: Lead the invoicing function and ensure strict compliance to revenue recognition principles and maintain independence, integrity & compliance of the Invoicing function Lead the financial budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for all financials including Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, CAPEX, NWOC, Profitability, BU and Entity P&L, etc. Lead the team for timely Customer Letter of Credit (L/c) function to ensure timely submission and collection of due receivables leading to effective receivable management Be a sparring business partner, collaborate on new projects, and advise on defining performance milestones and revenue recognition principles Responsible for the Internal Control System (ICS) management with reporting to local management and head office Qualifications and skills: Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Business from a reputable institution and/or equivalent professional qualification Minimum 7-10 years of relevant working experience in FP&A and Business Reporting at a multinational corporation with regional exposure and leadership roles Proficiency in working with SAP and MS Applications Proven experience in planning and forecasting, management reporting, project management and cost optimization Display a strong level of analytical skill, attention to detail and commitment to accuracy We offer excellent opportunities to develop, along with a competitive salary and exceptional benefits.
