Job Description


AnyMind Group is seeking an experienced Head of Agency to join our team in Singapore, who will be responsible for managing and scaling our book of business for projects in Singapore, as well as across the larger APAC region. Reporting to the APAC Head of Agency, you’re expected to grow the team and scale revenue across current and emerging product lines

What You'll Do

  • Achieve and scaling up business targets on a monthly & quarterly basis
  • Identify new opportunities for market growth
  • Grow business from existing clientele
  • Work closely with internal teams across the execution and invoicing cycles teams through the project lifecycle
  • Maintain effective communications with external and internal Partners/Customers of regional import
  • Consultative sales: Understand the customer’s needs and translate these to relevant and creative solutions that drive revenue
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, flexible, and resourceful

Who You Are

  • Robust experience of 8 to 10 years in the digital media ecosystem, with prior experience of managing sales teams and/or revenue targets
  • Experienced in setting up, building, and growing new business. Extensive network and relationships across the board, ranging from C-levels and digital leads of agencies to media planners in Singapore
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and pricing models for display/ mobile/ video platforms
  • Strong understanding of the content and influencer ecosystems, with a metrics-drive approach to strategy and recommendations
  • Proven communication, presentation, and sales skills with a knack for consultative selling
  • Proven record of strategic development of client base
  • Well-versed with sales cycle management through prospecting, negotiating, and closure. Able to sell based on value - not price
  • Ability to strike effective conversations, find need gaps, and get briefs for campaigns
  • Good command of English
  • Eligible to work in Singapore
Key Requirements
  • Strong relationships in Media Agencies in Singapore including GroupM, Publicis, IPG, dentsu, Havas, and OMG
  • Strong understanding of the digital agency ecosystem and across key stakeholders including planners, buyers, traders, Digital Heads, Programmatic Desks, etc
  • Have a basic understanding of digital media spending trends/patterns of key large digital spenders across categories such as FMCG, Telecom, F&B, QSRs, E-commerce, Entertainment, etc
  • Should have a strong understanding of the competitive landscape across media, influencer marketing, and ad-tech platforms in Singapore
  • Should be well versed with all aspects of the Programmatic ecosystem across DSPs, SSPs, Trading Desks, and buying models
  • Strong understanding of trading within Media agencies and able to close preferred partner/trading deals in the market
  • Familiar with all key digital media metrics and KPIs such as CPM, CPCV, Completion rates, Brand Safety, In-target, Engagement rates, etc
  • Should have a basic understanding of audience data and profiling, third-party tools, and other relevant technologies in digital brand advertising
