Reporting to the Vice President - Global Creative Director (GCD), the Head of Creative - Asia (HOC) will steward the GCD\'s creative vision of the Crocs Brand by leading an full-service internal agency team of Digital and Print Designers, Copywriters, and Project Managers dedicated to the growth of the APAC region. Following the global vision and leadership of the GCD, the HOC will be responsible for ensuring that the global creative strategy is nuanced so that the work is informed by and reflects, cultural specificities while maintaining global brand/creative consistency. Additionally, the HOC will work with the GCD to share regional insights that will help inform the global creative strategy.
The HOC will be based in Singapore and lead creative teams in China, Japan and Korea.
The HOC will guide and inspire the team to produce best-in-class marketing materials across APAC marketing channels to include print for Crocs and Wholesale retail stores, Crocs.com, and Wholesale global digital properties, digital advertising as well as collateral materials for internal business clients.
The HOC must be very organized, creative, highly conceptual and have a refined creative taste-level. The HOC must be able to both manage the day-to-day production of go-to-market creative projects, create quick-turn design/copy concepts as well as bringing seasonal sales meeting to life. All in ways that will continue to elevate the Crocs brand globally while always honoring Crocs\' commitment to our Brand Purpose of innovation, sustainability, inclusion and diversity.
This is a hands-on role and requires expert level Adobe CC skills and elite communication and leadership talents. The HOC will be required to have great ideas that are on-brand and on-strategy and the ability to quickly bring them to life and effectively present them.
While highly creative, the HOC will ensure a consistent global Crocs brand voice across all marketing channels, as well as help interpret the global brand voice for regional-specific cultural nuances. The HOC must be a proactive and energetic contributor of ideas that help define and implement the creative strategy, achieve marketing goals, and drive brand growth. Enthusiastic collaboration with Global is critical to the HOCs success.
The HOC must have a demonstrated track record of people management and be a cultural and creative leader committed to evangelizing the Crocs brand internally, as well as externally via consumer/customer marketing channels by being a passionate and willing voice of creative enthusiasm!
