Rakuten Trade Singapore is looking for a dedicated group of Client Service Representatives to enrich clients\xe2\x80\x99 end-to-end client experience. Responsibilities:

• Build long-term client relationships through responsive and superior high-touch service while we leverage and enhance our technology and platforms.
• Handle clients\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries via different channels including email, ticket, live chat and phone call
• Familiarize with various proprietary platforms including trading systems and administrative portals to educate clients to align with Rakuten Trade\xe2\x80\x99s self directed and highly automated business model
• The above includes troubleshooting with clients and take ownership when issues arise, be able to follow up, escalate and liaise with various internal parties such as Legal & Compliance, Risk, IT and other parties
• Perform trade dealing function for clients in the event of system issues or when client has issues with trading platforms
• Assist clients in understanding the entire trading cycle, such as trading process, position transfers, corporate actions, margin calculation and statements reconciliation.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree from reputable universities
• Minimum 5 years\' experience at financial institution (new graduates who demonstrate a strong grasp of the core competencies will also be considered)
• Preferably licensed with CMFAS 1A , 6 and 6A or be able to obtain by attending to licensing paper exams within a short period after joining
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Bloomberg, and/or basic programming experience such as Python is a plus
• Candidates with prior relevant experience in the field of securities broking, especially client services, middle/back-office operations and electronic trading will be given priority.
