Job Description

Your tasks Functional and line management of the Customer Service and Supply Chain teams Coordination of goods flows with the 3PL Monitoring and coordination of inventories and material resource requirements Responsibility for on-time deliveries Freight and warehousing cost accounting Ensuring compliance with the invoice workflow Leading the implementation of the ERP system, including relevant documentation Continuous coordination of operations with the Production Planning, Quality Control and HSEQ teams at headquarters Support of the Marketing department in the development and implementation of segment strategies Ongoing workflow and process optimisationYour Profile Several years of experience working in logistics Knowledge of ADR/IATA and customs Experience in the analysis and planning of goods flows and inventory management Very good MS Office and MS Business Central skills Business-fluent English A high level of own initiative Solution-oriented team player with a very structured work styleBeneficial Skills German Additional Asian languages (i. e. Thai, Vietnamese, Korean) Experience in the chemical industry
