:Digital and Information Management (IM) Asia Pacific has the mission to continuously improve Digital & IM competencies, products and services to increase customer satisfaction and enable the business to deliver excellence.The Head Of Cyber Security for the region of APAC manages operationalperformance and activities of local cyber security teams and ensures synergies are attained, risks are managed and the overall Airbus Information system is aligned with Airbus cybersecurity standards and strategy.The Head Of Cyber Security is also responsible for the development of the cyber security strategy in the APAC region in line with the Airbus and international cyber security standards.The Head of Cyber Security is in charge to deliver security tools.Key accountabilities include:Develop and implement an APAC cyber security strategy, roadmap, and policies to protect the organization\xe2\x80\x99s digital assets, systems, and data in line with central.Lead and manage the cyber security teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.Manage APAC cyber security budget and ensure financial coordination through an agreed international model with Airbus in Europe.Act as IM representative in the APAC crisis management team.Oversee the day-to-day operations of cyber security management and monitoring functions.Establish and maintain security controls, standards, and frameworks in accordance with industry best practices (ISO27001, NIST, etc.) and regulatory requirements.Lead and execute cyber security projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into the organization\xe2\x80\x99s systems, applications, and infrastructure.Monitor and analyse security events and incidents, and lead incident response activities to mitigate risks and minimize impact.Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing to identify and address security weaknesses.Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to cyber security.Stay abreast of the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies to proactively address emerging risks.Develop and deliver cyber security awareness and training programs.Maintain relationships with external security vendors, partners, and industry peers to stay informed about security trends and leverage their expertise when needed.Collaborate with internal audit, risk management and corporate security teams to ensure effective security controls and risk mitigation measures are in place.Anticipate and solve complex and unprecedented problems (including external business challenges and/or regulatory issues), impacting several processes and several functions, requiring transnational alignment and multi functional influence.Lead all APAC IM Cyber activities to ensure the priorities are managed, the projects are delivered on time, on cost, on quality and services are delivered (either through enterprise solutions or local services).Keep employees informed about the standards and prepare performance reports.Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
