An exciting Head of Loan Operations, APAC job based in Singapore has just become available at a North American bank.

About the Head of Loan Operations, APAC Role:
Reporting to the Head of Global Wholesale Operations, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the overall team and will represent the team\'s interests on a regional and global basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team with a customer-focused mindset, accounting for the bank\'s risk appetite, culture, and strategic goals
• Foster and encourage a high-performance environment, leading by example to attract, retain, develop, and motivate team members with a coaching mindset
• Act as a change agent, identifying potential inefficiencies and driving process improvements; encouraging team members to do the same
• Understand, organise, and assign team resources to ensure that business objectives and SLAs are met, adjusting as appropriate and required
• Monitor day-to-day transactions on a daily, weekly, monthly basis through various channels of management information and reports; providing data-driven direction and recommendations

To succeed in this Head of Loan Operations, APAC role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of various loan products and operational procedures from a corporate banking perspective.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years\' relevant experience in corporate credit/lending operations
• Prior experience and working knowledge of Finastra\'s Loan IQ software
• Proven ability to lead a team with a full range of management responsibilities
• Experience identifying areas for process improvement, devising and driving implementation for projects an added advantage
