Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Job Duties and Responsibilities:We are hiring an experienced information security leader to lead the Cyber Security and Technology Governance department in Mandai Wildlife Group. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will be responsible for leading and managing the organisation\'s overall information security strategy, governance, policies, and programs. With a minimum of 15 years in information technology, 6 years in people management role, and at least 8 years in cybersecurity, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the company\'s digital assets and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.Provide strategic direction to the executive team on emerging cybersecurity trends and threats.Team Management:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals.Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the cybersecurity team.Risk Management:Identify and assess cybersecurity risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to risk management.Incident Response:Develop and maintain an incident response plan, ensuring the organisation is well-prepared to handle cybersecurity incidents.Lead and coordinate responses to security incidents, including investigations and remediation efforts.Security Architecture:Oversee the design and implementation of secure and resilient architectures for information systems.Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance the organisation\'s security posture.Compliance and Governance:Ensure compliance with relevant information security regulations and standards.Establish and enforce information security policies and procedures across the organisation.Security Awareness and Training:Develop and implement security awareness programs for employees.Provide ongoing training to staff on cybersecurity best practices.Vendor Management:Assess and manage the security posture of third-party vendors.Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure vendors meet cybersecurity requirements.Security Audits and Assessments:Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.Develop and implement strategies to address identified issues.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with IT, legal, and other departments to align cybersecurity efforts with overall business goals.Communicate effectively with executives, board members, and other stakeholders on cybersecurity matters.Job Requirements:Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.Minimum of 15 years of experience in information technology, 8 years in cybersecurity, with at least 6 years in a people management role.Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, C|CISO, or CISA are highly desirable.In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, tools, and best practices.Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven experience in managing and leading a diverse cybersecurity team.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful cybersecurity strategies.Specialization : Information Technology
