Aurex Group (formerly Capstone Recruitment) is working with a highly reputed hospitality/ entertainment group in SEA as they roll out their next phase of portfolio growth. With a keen appetite to identify, acquire and develop real estate assets in SEA, we are now searching for a proven leader in the real estate development sector.
Key Mandate

In this role, the Head of Development will work closely with the local government and land owners to identify project opportunities across South East Asia. This includes market research, site selection, pitching and negotiating with stakeholders and end-to-end greenfield project engagement with other functions within the group.
Suitable Profile

This role will suit someone currently working for a hospitality and entertainment group with an interest in building their own track record. You will be someone who wants the autonomy and leads a team to develop and deliver a real estate strategy; be supported by an organisation with the ambition to execute your growth plans.

Interested Candidates

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate a track record working on the end-to-end process of real estate development in South East Asia. You will understand the importance of building business cases, preparing feasibility studies and developing relationships with all stakeholders in the public and private sector real estate industry.
