Our client is a global private equity with diverse assets globally. In support of its people mobility and growth globally, it is now recruiting Head of Employee Tax, HR Risk and Compliance.
Responsibilities
Reporting to MD HR, you will review and assess impact of the changes in tax regulations and provide advice and recommendations to internal stakeholders (pertaining to, including but not limited to, local hires, international assignees, permanent transfers and business travelers on tax and employment arrangement) to ensure tax efficiency and compliance while achieving business objectives. You will manage HR risks, compliance and regulatory requirements through the design, development and implementation of HR risk management strategies and policies. You will partner with external advisors and corporate tax team, where relevant, to manage risk and ensure compliance
Key Requirements
Degree in Finance or Accounting, you will possess 10-15 years of tax advisory and operations experience in individual tax, as well as exposure to corporate tax matters. You are able to understand and articulate business objectives, risks and dependencies, and identify pragmatic solutions. With strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, you are strategic, commercial in your approach, highly credible and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
