DESCRIPTIONThe Head of Field Enablement (FE) for ANZ, ASEAN and India partners with the senior leadership teams of all 3 Areas to innovate, design, and deliver a localized enablement strategy that meets the specific and nuanced needs and objectives of each Area business. The FE leader exercises high judgement, and collaborates with the APJ and WW FE Leadership Teams (LTs) to ensure the Area FE strategy incorporates the Geo & Global specific FE strategy and best practices adoption, while staying true to local needs. The ANZ, ASEAN and India FE leader plays a pivotal role in accelerating customer and employee success by optimizing new hire time-to-ramp, upskilling both new and tenured builders in line with the emerging business needs and impact areas, and in the process, improving the overall proficiency, efficiency, and productivity of the field teams. The FE Leaders also owns the operational management of the FE function in the 3 Areas, and is solely responsible for building and developing the team, setting strategic priorities, measuring and amplifying the impact of execution, and driving best practice adoption.Key requirements from this role are:
- Frame and align strategic priorities across 3 large and complex Area businesses spanning 9 countries and 3500+ strong field team. This requires the leader to work closely with the sales leadership and the Area GMs in driving alignment on the FE vision, and in defining processes & mechanisms for end to end execution & adoption of enablement programs
- Look around the corner, and proactively build FE programs to address emerging business trends and customer needs. The Head of Field Enablement needs to act as a domain expert, and advise Area LTs and APJ FE LT on enablement, change management, and productivity needs, exercising \xe2\x80\x9cAre Right A Lot\xe2\x80\x9d across ambiguous business scenarios
- The role has a broad scope of influence. It brings together stakeholders, and creates alignment between Area LTs and APJ & WW FE LT on the most effective enablement approach for a 3500+ team across 3 Areas, that will eventually require significant investment of time and efforts from both the field and FE teams
- The role also demands the need to constantly innovate, and lead multiple experiments and innovations. The leader needs to be independent, operate autonomously with limited oversight, and develop long-term strategies for the Area FE teams. The role requires the leader to have the backbone to push back/influence hard leadership decisions to drive the right long-term outcomes
- The Head of FE needs to scale through FE and extended teams to develop effective change management and adoption strategies to achieve desired program outcomes and deliver business impact.Key job responsibilities
