Position Summary1. Ensure audit compliance to maximize financial health of organization
2. Manage national and regional tax and pursue opportunities to responsibly reduce tax-related expenses
3. Review domestic/foreign tax issues and transfer pricing policies, and establish countermeasures to reduce the tax risks
4. Implement and execution financial plans to support management objectives
5. Optimize internal policies & procedures based on business accounting standards and business circumstancesRole and Responsibilities

• [Accounts receivable management] Manage AR-related tasks such as account master management, credit check, credit line and security management, receivable matching
• [Fixed asset management] Perform account management tasks such as asset acquisition, change management (transfer, sell, disuse), depreciation and inventory control
• [Accounts payable payment] Manage the payment standards and processes
• [Revenue and expenditure and department operation expense management] Establish plan to manage operational expenses such as employee welfare, business trips, transportation, advances, etc related expenses
• [Tax report] Manage tax reporting according to tax laws (corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax etc)
• [Transfer pricing management] Establish global transfer pricing strategy and manage transfer prices
• [Policy & Procedure Management] Supervise compliance of internal policies and processes according to corporate accounting standards
• Work on issues that impact the success of the business or address future concepts, products, or technologies
• Create formal networks with key decision-makers and may serve as an external spokesperson for the organization
• Engage internal and external executive-level management
• Coach and develop team members within the team

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related experience in a similar capacity and a Bachelor\'s degree
• Experience in accounting, taxation and other related matters
• Possess supervisory experience and able to lead a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently to determine methods and procedures for new or special assignments
• Efficiency in delegation and managing of workload to the team
