Raffles Family Office (RFO) offers a one-stop comprehensive family office solution by providing a wide range of services including independent asset management (IAM), advanced wealth solutions, fund services, risk & resilience services, ensuring we cover all aspects of family governance and family constitutions end-to-end. Headquartered in Hong Kong, RFO is also incorporated in Singapore, Taipei, Shanghai and Beijing.

We are currently seeking a Head of Fixed Income, based in Singapore.

Primary Responsibilities

• Managing discretionary fixed income mandates, including investment grade and high yield bonds;
• Contributing development and enhancement of research and investment process;
• Proactively and effectively participating in investment meetings with existing clients and prospects;
• Communicating process and strategy to our Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors and Business Development colleagues;
• Implementing portfolio strategy, risk monitoring and mandate compliance;
• Supporting the development of new products relevant to client needs.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in finance / investment / economics and a CFA holder;
• Over 10 years' relevant experience in asset management. Experience in private bank / family office / EAM is a plus;
• Solid track record of successful investment in global fixed income;
• Strong risk management skills;
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English, both written and spoken;
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently;
• Team player with flexible mindset and good interpersonal skills.
