ABOUT THIS ROLE

We\'re looking for an amazing domain expert to help Circles.Life scale its business across the region by leading our Brand Team. Working directly with senior leaders across divisions, the successful candidate will be the guardian of the brand, ensuring its relevance and impact across countries. In addition, s/he will lead functions within the team that relate to the execution of the brand (from PR and creative production to marketing operations and partnerships).

To be successful in this role, you will be working alongside various leaders (regional & in-country) to experiment and implement creative, unconventional and cost-effective growth strategies (which will in turn help to grow our subscriber base). This is a group-level role which is based in our Singapore office.

WHAT YOU\'LL DO
  • Develop a strategy aimed at building \xe2\x80\x9cirrational brand love\xe2\x80\x9d within target segments for Circles.Life brand, by partnering with countries to design and launch brand campaigns.
  • Lead regional and local members across brand marketing functions, while collaborating closely with Country Heads to support growth execution.
  • Drive qualified traffic to Circles.Life app and web presence using best-in-class tactics.
  • Help Country Heads and Product Team convert this traffic into new customer accounts.
  • Challenge the status quo to improve marketing function, including razor sharp metrics and accountability for every dollar spent.
WHO YOU\'LL BE WORKING WITH
  • Your direct manager will be Ajay Sampath, our Head of Global Marketing based in Singapore.
  • You\'ll also work closely with other marketing leaders in Content and Performance Marketing, to ensure cohesive and well executed integrated campaigns.
  • Finally, you\'ll partner with our Country Heads and other divisional stakeholders.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Possess 10 years of B2C marketing with specific experience in building brands & working on iconic brands.
  • T-shaped marketer - generalist on a number of disciplines but has strong experience in brand building.
  • Ideally those who have worked in established CPG companies as well as high-growth technology companies.
