This role involves supporting the development of distinctive commercial strategies, long-term growth initiatives, and projects tailored for GEM markets. These efforts are informed by deep customer insights and comprehensive market and competitive analyses, essential for steering GEM\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio of in addition to managing GEM Governance.How will you contribute:Critical Functional Knowledge

• Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of the GEM markets, identifying business opportunities and developing analytics-based strategic plans. Capable of establishing cross-functional and geographic partnerships, driving actionable decisions to achieve both short-term and long-term growth targets, and operational excellence.
• Exhibits proven interpersonal and leadership skills, effectively influencing and building credibility with Area/Country functional teams and collaborating with them to implement key initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of governance and operational initiatives, continuously identifying areas for improvement.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational business risks, ensuring the resilience and sustainability of emerging market operations.

Role Requirement

• Strong knowledge of business and market dynamics at country level in pharmaceutical industry
• Strong commercial experience across multiple therapeutic areas and / or countries with an in-depth understanding of market dynamics in GEM.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with enterprise mindset
• Cross-functional awareness of & working with medical, access, and DDT colleagues at LOC, regional and global level
• Entrepreneurial and proactive management skills and a "can do attitude\xe2\x80\x9d to manage past pace region

• Proven experiences in business and strategic planning at local/area level
• Deep knowledge in pharmaceutical industry

• Strong business acumen, with appreciation for cross-cultural and cross-functional differences and able to deal with ambiguity effectively
