Aurex Group has been retained by a leading retail conglomerate with a diverse portfolio of brands and formats across the region. With continued growth, the Real Estate function of the group has been elevated and a newly created role of Head of Group Real Estate has been created, as part of the Executive Committee and reporting directly to the CEO.As the Head of Group Real Estate, you will be responsible for overseeing the real estate strategy and operations across the entire organisation. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will be a key member of the Executive Committee, driving decisions and initiatives that support the company\'s ambitious growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive real estate strategy to enable the expansion of our retail network
• Lead the retail network planning and optimization process, identifying and evaluating new locations for store openings
• Manage the lease negotiation, store development, and tenancy planning functions
• Oversee the facilities management team to ensure the optimal performance of our real estate assets
• Track and report on critical real estate metrics, including Overall Capitalization Rate, rental costs, store capex, and sales growth per square foot
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align real estate initiatives with the overall business strategy

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in senior-level real estate leadership within retail and B2C environments.
• Proven track record of delivering real estate strategies and achieving ambitious expansion targets.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in business environemnts similar to Hong Kong, Singapore, malaysia, Thailand etc
• Strong financial acumen and the capacity to analyze complex real estate data to drive informed decision-making
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred
