Group Supply, part of Business Area Networks (BNEW), is on a journey enabling technology and market leadership in mobile networks and entering the supply chain for focused expansion into the enterprise, driving digitalization and creating connected supply chains e-2-e.

We engage with our customers to influence, sense, and manage their demand enabling us to balance the service level and cost to serve, in the Mobile networks business and support the expansion strategy into the Enterprise business. We are now looking for our new Head of Group Supply MOAI. The position is part of the Group Supply leadership team, reporting to Jonas Ygeby, Head of Group Supply.

You will

  • Lead Group Supply in MOAI, an organization of 300+ employees based in MOAI countries and China.
  • Ensure execution of supply strategy establishing the Next Generation Supply Chain
  • Through demand sensing and shaping ensure that the MOAI Supply organization partners with their customers reaching customer milestones ahead of the actual ordering window through real-time knowledge of supply capabilities.
  • Develop our regional Supply Hubs with an increased focus on standardized and scalable capabilities meeting product portfolio and customer needs.
  • Offer late product configurations when needed and support differentiated business models.
  • Use the latest digital technologies in collaboration with our partners supporting automation and efficiency in the Hub operations. Run regular business continuity planning to secure our delivery capability.
  • Together with account teams, secure customer contract fulfillment in close execution with service delivery in MOAI.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements to be successful in the role:

  • You have a relevant academical background and 10+ years of working experience, most of them in leadership positions within Supply Chain Management
