Your role as the Head of Hardware and IT will be to lead and assist ou As an SME in the traditional Aluminium Industry, we are looking for better hardware and IT integrations to develop our company. Your role as the Head of Hardware and IT will be to lead and assist our company in these integrations and developments. As the role is newly formed, you will not have subordinates/team members and will be focusing on hardware for now. You will be responsible for: Designing and planning new/better hardware integrations into our company system Procurement of hardware Maintenance of hardware Designing and planning new/better software integrations into our company system Procurement of new software Technical Support for new software Therefore, we are looking for individuals with: Experience with the Aluminium Industry Expertise / Experience with Hardware used in the Aluminium industry Expertise / Experience with Software Integrations (preferred but not necessary) Good Communication skills with both experts within the industry and outside of the industry You may also be needed to: Handle heavy equipment and supplies Conduct repairs by yourself (with self-qualifications) Potentially take on multiple dynamic roles (when lacking manpower in the company) Any interviews conducted for this position will be over Zoom.
