We are partnering with a highly reputable China headquartered commodities trading start-up to appoint a Head of HR in Singapore.Job description:Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the traders and broader leadership team, supported by a small HR team and Office Manager, you will be responsible for continuing to enhance the HR function operating in a strategic and hands on role within a fast paced, performance driven organization.You will play a lead role in the development and implementation of commercial HR solutions and advisory in line with the firm\xe2\x80\x99s parameters and local market to support the firm\xe2\x80\x99s strategy for Singapore. This will include establishing strong operational excellence, being a change leader when necessary, supporting talent management processes, employee relations, managing annual salary and bonus review, leading HR projects.The successful candidate:This individual will have a track record operating in a commodities trading, hedge fund or broader financial services organization in a small but high touch office in a broad strategic and operational role, operating directly with a fast paced leadership team.Due to the frequent liaison with Group HQ in China, some of which do not speak English, this individual must speak, read and ideally write in Chinese (business fluent).What\xe2\x80\x99s on offer:This individual will get to work directly with the Group Leadership team of a highly renowned trading group with exciting growth and investment plans!Thanks for your time.
