Job Description
:
- Major Advanced Manufacturing Organisation in Singapore
- Key Regional Management Role
- Newly Created Role
- Degree holder with at least 15 years of related HR management experience
- Strong balance of both HR business partnering and HR operational management experience covering SEA region, ideally with multi-national companies within the industrial sector.
- Show strong evidences of stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise, guide and influence at varying levels within the business, whilst assessing and advising on any commercial risks
- Prior experience in manage the full spectrum of HR needs (employee and labour relations, employee communications, talent acquisition, rewards, payroll, workforce planning, safety processes and employment documentation) as well as day-to-day human resources support and counsel to countries including: Singapore (Corporate & Manufacturing),Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and India.
- Proven experience within an Employee Relations role in a fast-paced environment including managing medium-high risk ER cases to conclusion
- Good understanding and application of employment legislation in Southeast Asia
- Prior experience in driving related HR changes and transformation will be necessary
- MUST be currently based in Singapore and has relevant working experience in Singapore
