Our client is a local leading player in healthcare industry. They are now recruiting a Head of HR to be part of their HR team to assist the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central-West - easily accessible.
Roles and Responsibilities of Head of HR:
Lead and execute HR strategies to build a motivated, high-performing workforce for a new team.
Drive the planning and implementation of workforce build-up and deployment during the pre-operational phase.
Collaborate closely with department heads, and various stakeholders to deliver integrated and quality HR support.
Oversee all HR functions including:
Manpower planning and resourcing
Talent acquisition and development
Employee and industrial relations
Performance and rewards management
Talent management and succession planning
Leadership development and organizational design
Change management and staff retention strategies
Requirements:
Min Degree holder with postgraduate qualification in HR
Min 10 years of HR management experience
Experience in stakeholder management
