Job Title: Head of HR, SEAOur Client: Our client is a global organisation in the Industrial industry.The Responsibilities:
- Manage the HR function to support the business growth that align with business, HR global and regional strategy
- Responsible for overall employee life cycle experience in the region - from operations, recruitment, organisation development to employee engagement
- Business Partner to the country management team
- Develop and implement human resource policies and processes and ensuring compliance and competitiveness
- Bachelor\'s degree
- More than 10 years of working experience in multinational companies with matrix environment
- Proven experience as a regional HR with a strong understanding of HR best practices
- Strong stakeholder management skills
