Our client is a reputable financial services company that is a top 50 player globally and is one of the stronger reputable players in the Singapore market. The business is potentially growing locally through acquisition and would need a Head of HR with strong M&A exposure to assist the business leaders.
You will be reporting directly to the CEO and functionally to the Group HR from the global headquarter office, and be the go-to HR person among the senior leadership team across both Singapore & Malaysia. You will be the key individual in driving, developing HR strategies and work closely with the business leaders to understand their HR needs. On top of that, you will also be responsible in leading a team size of 2, support and groom them in their HR careers.
Given the lean structure, the Head of HR is expected to be hands-on in daily HR operations to ensure that we are supporting the business efficiently.

If you are a seasoned HR professional who has led a small team size, and is open to be hands-on in daily HR operational matters, you will be the right candidate that the client is looking for. It is critical for you to have exposure in dealing with mergers & acquisitions as the business would require a HR M&A expert.
