Job Description
Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the F&B industry. They are looking for a Head of Human Resource to assist their HR team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in North – easily accessible. The Head of Human Resource is responsible for
- Responsible to lead the HR team to develop the strategies to drive the development and implementation of initiatives and programmes to enhance our competitiveness in talent acquisition and development
- Responsible in identifying areas where the organisation can be streamlined to increase efficiency as well as resourcing strategies to ensure the achievement of the departmental goals and objectives and alignment with the organisation’s mission and strategic outcomes.
- Responsible in actively engaging with various stakeholders and participating in the decision making processes.
- Responsible to ensure effective delivery in the overall Learning & Development strategy to achieve employees’ development goals
- Handle the manpower budgeting, cost allocation, staff productivity and analysis
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant studies
- At least 10 years’ experience with 5 years in a managerial capacity is required
- Prior experience in the F&B industry is a bonus
