The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR leadership, business partnering, and a proven track record of successfully driving transformation and organizational effectiveness.
Your Role:

• You will be developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives to support the companys growth and transformation.
• You will be acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
• You will be leading talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies to attract and develop top talent.
• You will be driving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives to create an inclusive workplace culture.
• You will be ensuring compliance with Singapore labor laws, employment regulations, and corporate HR policies.
• You will be overseeing performance management, leadership development, and succession planning programs.
• You will be championing employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace environment and strong employer branding.
• You will be collaborating with regional and global HR teams to align local HR policies with broader organizational objectives.

Your Expertise:

• High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Hands-on experience in driving HR digitalization and process automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments.
• Deep understanding of Singapores employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proven expertise in talent management, change management, and leadership development.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with company objectives.
• At least 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a multinational or healthcare/life sciences environment.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
