Responsibilities:
Drive the expansion by sourcing and securing new sites in current and potential markets.
Manage end-to-end real estate business development and investment activities--including financial modelling, feasibility analysis, preparation of business proposals, due diligence, negotiations, and securing investment approvals.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential deals across various markets.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely deal execution and alignment of each project's performance with approved return metrics.
Develop and maintain a wide network of agents, brokers, landlords, and developers to source quality opportunities.
Provide regular investment and project updates to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Prerequisites for the role include:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or Finance.
At least 7 year of experience in commercial real estate development or real estate agencies, with a strong focus on business development and investment.
Proven experience in financial modelling, investment underwriting, and asset management.
Exposure to real estate markets across Asia is a strong advantage.
