Key Responsibilities:

Lead the software development team in day-to-day operations.
Participate actively in coding, primarily using PHP and SQL, and assist with debugging, testing, and code reviews.
Develop and maintain scalable backend systems and databases.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional software solutions.
Ensure that coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines are followed.
Monitor performance of applications and recommend optimizations or enhancements.
Support in project planning, task delegation, and timeline management.
Prepare technical documentation and system specifications as needed.
Stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to the business.

Requirements:
Technical Skills:

Strong programming skills in PHP (Laravel or similar frameworks is a plus).
Solid understanding of SQL and relational database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Experience in API integration and RESTful services.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
